USE OF DATA

The user hereby agrees and irrevocably authorizes us (VisualCVDesign) to:

a) Use any data and information supplied by the user in connection with this agreement for the company's own purpose, the company supplying such data and information to any other associated companies or selected third parties including search engines or for promotional mails or business updates or the services offered by our partner.

b) Use any data furnished by the member in order to float offers or send mails regarding specific services and such mails may not been proclaimed or deemed to be unsolicited communiqué.

c) Allow all data and information supplied by the member in using the service to remain at visualcvdesign.com for the use of the company in accordance with service agreement with the member, not with standing the termination or suspension of the service to the member herein.

TERM OF USE:

You hereby agree and promise not to use the services for any purpose that is restricted /unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use, By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:

1. To annoy, intimidate, abuse, impersonate, wrong comment on other user of www.visualcvdesign.com

2. To transmit or post, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any content that is infringing, libellous, pornographic or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party, or corporate/firm or any other body of legal entity. Our 1 years free support will be only for new content modification arising out of new employment or new role. Already approved content cant be changed once Cv is closed or finally approved. You can come once in a quarter for these updations

3. for any illegal purpose of any country/continent.

TERM OF AGREEMENT/SERVICE:

This Agreement shall remain in force so long as you are using our services. visualcvdesign.com provides the online platform where users can select the services and place orders for services selected on the site subject to t&C set forth above and below. Either you or www.visualcvdesign.com may terminate the service/services at any time, with or without cause. visualcvdesign.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without any notice/notices to anybody/Individual/Corporate/Agent/Firm or any other legal entity.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY:

The service receiver can request for a refund after placing the order. We will refund your payment within 10 days after receiving your request. In case we have already initiated some job or first draft has been handed over to you then no payment will be refunded. In case of order of combo packages, if any of product is delivered and all products are not delivered, then for undelivered products you can ask for refund. If any special discount was given on combo packs then delivered products will be charged at full and balance amount will be refunded. A nominal processing charges will be deducted which is 30% of balance amount. However if two or more products are delivered of any combo pack then no refund is allowed.

JOB GUARANTEE

We do not promise or take guarantee for any job or interview calls to the end user after taking our services. The services provided by us are our best effort and best in class and provided very economically. The selection in interview depends on many criteria like your current profile, experience, qualification etc. In today's scenario there is much competition in the market and this has to be understand by job seeker.

Payment card /Net banking details

You agree, understand and confirm that the card/Banking details provided by you for availing of services on www.visualcvdesign.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card /banking details which is not lawfully owned by you. We don't store any of your password or confidential information related to your credit/debit card or bank details. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Payment Gateway Service provider. Further the said information will be not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.

REVISIONS/MODIFICATIONS:

We do revisions after the 1st draft is delivered. However the revision requests will be accepted only for a period of 15days from the 1st draft delivery. Post 15 days, no new revisions requests shall be accepted. But if there is any revision due which we have already recd. before the lapse of fifteen days VisualCvDesign would continue to work on those revisions. This revision/modifications shall not be applicable if there is any other promotions of long duration revisions are in force which may or may not be chargeable. By any means unlimited modifications cannot be interpreted to ask for multiple template change and multiple profile content writing. We do content writing based on target profile to give you best results.

1 YEARS SUPPORT:

We provide 1 years free CV updation support to all our client. That includes updating your content for New job change, new KRA/Job role, new projects, Achievement, new certifications, new projects. By any means we dont provide continuous change of pre approved content or changes in CV without above scenario. Targeting multiple profile will not cover 1 years free support. if you have taken visual cv or Infographic Cv, then first we do content writing and after approval on content we do designing of CV. Once content is approved and designer cv is delivered then no major change is part of free support. Also if you have booked services in any experience slab and all products are delivered, Later on when any client comes for future modifications and if that time your experience is fallen into next level of experience slab, then you need to pay differential charges of that slab. Having said this, our 1 years free support is only within the experience slab which you booked.

APPLICABILITY OF LAW:

This site is owned and monitored by Visualcvdesign.com at Lucknow, India, and laws of India shall apply but all the disputes shall be subject to Nainital High Court, India. We (VisualCVDesign) reserves the right to make changes to the site and the terms, conditions and privacy policy as and when required without pre intimation to you or any other body, Individual, Corporate/firm or any other legal entity.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders will be delivered through an email in word format. The mail will be the same which you have provided at the time of registration/form submission.

ELIGIBILITY:

You shall not use this site if you are not competent /eligible to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations of India or such other country where the deal was executed or was supposed to be executed.You confirm that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement and have the eligible authority to bind VisualCVDesign, to this Agreement.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICE/CORPORATE

In order to use the services provided by us (VisualCVDesign) all Employers/Consultants/Corporates/Companies must sign an agreement or register as a member or submit the form of www.visualcvdesign.com and agree to be bound by these terms of use. This -agreement (terms of use) sets out the legally binding terms for your membership/application. This Agreement is subject to modifications without any prior notice/notices. These terms are in addition to the agreement signed or offered /accepted digitally or printed or agreed between us. The member will comply with all notices or instructions given by www.visualcvdesign.com from time to time in respect of the use of the Service/services of the company.

BY SUBMITTING THE FORM /SIGNING THE AGREEMENT YOU AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING: -

1. To accept the job application from the service user of www.visualcvdesign.com or from us directly.

2. To do career counselling of the service user of www.visualcvdesign.com on free or paid basis or as agreed mutually or in writing.

3. To receive newsletter or call or promotional mails/SMS from www.visualcvdesign.com

4. To share the job offer available with you.

Company introduce new schemes/discounts on time to time basis which may or may be not subject to terms and conditions. If you have opted any of the scheme or availed any discount then you are bound by the company Terms and conditions and 1 years free support wont be available.
