Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window:
     - Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
2. Post-Draft Cancellation:
     - Once the first draft of your CV is received, the order cannot be canceled.
3. Design Changes and Extra Charges:
     - If a design has been selected and the designer has commenced work, requesting a design change will incur additional charges.
     - Orders cannot be canceled or plans changed after the design work has begun.
